I have very bad constipation..plz tell me buttermilk therapy..in which we only drink buttermilk..?

i heard dat we have to drink only butter milk for 3 – 4 days till it digests and comes out from colon i mean when we go to potty(natures call) then it comes out from there..have you ever done this how was your experience..plz tell me if you know this naturopathy treatment…i wana do this therapy…

   okay, butter milk sounds gross, just to tell you!

   try my list of things to do

   *whole grains
   *prune juice
   *pears/ any fruit really
   *cut back on candy
   *eat some green veggies
   *take a medi that will help you out.
   *maybie it will come out soon?

   Just increase your fiber intake. Wholegrains, cereals that is as natural as it gets. Also take a try with Metamusil, a tablespoon every day *keeps the hemorroids away".

   I've been researching this and haven't found any evidence of a therapy that involves actually subsisting on buttermilk for days. (I've only ever heard of that in the "Lord Iffy Boatrace" novels!)
   iwholehealth.com is noncommital about its effects on the digestive system – personally I can't imagine that it would work for constipation.

   Take Isabgul (available in all pharmacy) one spoon with water. While you mix with water do not wait. Mix and take immediately.
